Della Terra Wedding | Estes Park Colorado

Talk about a beautiful summer wedding!  I shot this gorgeous Della Terra Wedding while second shooting for Alisha Light. This is one of my favorite wedding venues in Estes Park. It is surrounded by so much natural beauty and so many wild animals. Yes… those are turkeys you see in the photos! They roam around the property all the time. Estes park is also one of those towns you go to, and will just about 100% of the time see some elk. That is just one of the many reasons I love Estes Park so much.

TIM AND TARA’S  DELLA TERRA WEDDING

This wedding day started off with us slightly worried about the weather. We knew that there would be storms randomly throughout the day. However, we weren’t sure when or if they would really even hit us. Sure enough, we pulled up to Della Terra in Estes Park and it immediately starting hailing. We gathered our gear and ran for the door. Luckily, being in Colorado means these storms usually don’t hang around for long. Sure enough, it gradually changed to a light rain on and off throughout the day. The cloud cover was perfect, streaming in just enough rays of sunshine to make it magical.

Tim and Tara are also the cutest couple and just so genuinely sweet. You can literally feel their happiness just radiate off of them. And honestly, this Della Terra Wedding suited them absolutely perfectly. A little outdoorsy, and a little chic and romantic. We were able to sneak off just after their first look to Rocky Mountain National Park for some quick gorgeous wedding day portraits. Just another amazing thing about Della Terra… It is literally 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance. Rocky Mountain is favorite shooting location of mine.
