Colorado in the fall is truly just so gorgeous. It makes for a perfect location to have engagement photos taken. We had perfect weather on this day, with a little bit of overcast clouds and mild temperatures. The best we could have hoped for. We wanted to do a mix of mountains and downtown Breck for these photos so thats exactly what we did! The best thing about engagements is that you are not on any sort of time crunch and can make the session exactly what you want it. This Breckenridge engagement session was so fun!

When to Shoot Your Breckenridge Engagement Session

So just how do you have a Breckenridge engagement session with barely any people around in the fall?! You opt for a weekday! The best thing Hannah and Cruz did for the sake of their photos was take a day off and adventure in the mountains when little to no one else was around. We had no one else on the mountain pass with us, which that spot is a prime leaf peeping spot here in Colorado. And the town was just about deserted. We made sure there were no events going on in downtown Breck either before choosing a date.
