FRISCO, COLORADO ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT RAINBOW LAKE

Do you ever meet people and just think, “Man.. these are my freeking people!!”? Well thats how it was with Amanda and Robert. They are the most chill down to earth couple, and so sweet. The kind of people you just want to be best friends with and totally go for killer hikes with & go sit at happy hour and drink margaritas…. oh Yeah! That’s literally what we did before their Engagement session!!  #MargaritaMonday y’all, its a thing!

So we started off the day at The Rio Grande Restaurant in Frisco, Colorado, had a few awesome margaritas and then headed over to the Rainbow Lakes trailhead to begin their session. Its a pretty short hike up to the lake but man is it such a gorgeous spot for an engagement session. The Aspen Groves are INSANE there. Like literally the most beautiful aspens I have ever seen. We had picnics in wildflowers (and by picnics I mean drank some beer and rosé wine…. rosé all day guys!), hiked around Rainbow lake, and just created some really beautiful stuff and enjoyed the view. Not to mention the minute we started shooting out of no where this adorable little puppy just ran up to my couple (dont worry, the owner of the puppy was soon to follow) but it was absolutely adorable and I am pretty sure that entirely made all of our day. Puppies are life y’all….

These two have a really amazing chemistry too. They were so easy going in front of my camera and all around just knew how to work it. Their happiness shows completely and I had an absolute blast with these two.  I am very much so looking forward to their wedding at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs in October!
