Brianne, Archie & Olive. A Denver Pet Photo Session
Lakewood In-Home Pet Photos

Meaningful Pet Photography
Some sessions stay with you forever, and this one with Archie is absolutely one of them. Brianne found me through my Denver Pet Photo work online and reached out right away. Archie had recently been diagnosed with cancer and was just days away from surgery. She didn’t want to wait—she knew she needed to document this moment with him, exactly as he is right now. That’s the heart behind so many Pet Portrait Sessions, capturing the love you feel before time has a chance to change it.
Instead of heading to a park, Brianne invited me into her home in Lakewood, which made this Lakewood Pet Portrait session feel even more personal. We spent the afternoon simply hanging out, letting Archie be comfortable in his favorite space. He truly was the star of the show, soaking up all the love and attention. And of course, we can’t forget Olive, her cat, who made a few perfectly-timed appearances and added her own charm to these photos.
Brianne went all out planning every detail, and it made the session even more special. She found the cutest matching sweaters for everyone, and the whole vibe felt like a cozy 90s throwback in the best way. It was playful, nostalgic, and so full of personality—everything I love about Denver Pet Photo sessions that are truly unique to each client.
Sessions like this are a reminder that our time with our pets is never long enough, which is exactly why photos matter so much. These Lakewood Pet Portraits will always hold this version of Archie—loved, cozy, and completely himself. If you’ve been thinking about booking a session, let this be your sign. Document your pets, love on them, and don’t wait. It’s always worth it.
