WEDDING LLAMAS AT GARDEN OF THE GODS

You Guys!!!! I have to share with you this amazing portrait session I got to take part in a few weeks ago. An Epic Photographers Shootout put on by the wonderful Katie Green of Katie Corinne Photography down in Colorado Springs. This session included two beautiful wedding couples… Cody and Gabrielle, and Tori and Chris. We also had some pretty fun additions to this session, two super cute Wedding Llamas from Eloping Llamas. Yes, you read that right…  ELOPING LLAMAS!!!! These llamas will actually travel to your wedding and be a part of your wedding day.

We met up with the couples, the llamas, and about 16 other photographers at Garden of the Gods just a few hours before sunset and hiked up to a gorgeous spot for the session. I can’t even begin to tell you how fun it was to shoot with a couple of wedding llamas. It was slightly challenging posing them with the couples but really inspiring to do something away form the norm. Oh, and who knew that some llamas are totally fine climbing up on the edge of rock cliffs with easily a 15-20 foot drop. Garden of the gods is one of the most beautiful locations Colorado Springs has to offer. I am so thankful to have been part of such a fun session.
