Ok, so I have to brag on this wedding just a bit. The couple was totally adorable (as all of my couples are), the details were amazing, the weather on this day was just absolutely perfect (which if any of you know Colorado, this can be completely hit or miss.) Everything went according to plan, and the wedding ended with a killer sunset. We couldn’t have asked for this day to be more perfect. Not to mention, my good friend Autumn came along to second shoot for me and she is such an amazing second! Carolyn and Gary are the bees knees. They are so perfect together it is unreal. Not to mention they are one beautiful couple with an epic sense of style. Carolyn got her dress from Anna Be, who custom added the lace sleeves from leftover lace of the dress. I was completely obsessed with it. But I mean, look at that dress! Who wouldn’t be obsessed with it?! Lets be real, I was obsessed with every aspect of their wedding. They tied the knot at Red Rocks Ranch in Westcliffe, CO. Such a beautiful spot to host a wedding. I think I probably could have spent hours with them shooting just their portraits had we had the time, the views were absolutely insane. The property had different areas that they used specifically for different parts of their wedding. The ladies got ready in the most adorable cottage I have ever seen. The guys got ready in this awesome pool room at the back of the main house. The ceremony was atop a hill with a gorgeous view of the Wet Mountain Range in the background. And the reception consisted of an outdoor lounge area at the main house, dinner on the porch of the cottage, and a pavilion to enjoy dancing and drinks at. It was quite perfect.
