Paint Mines Engagement Photos

The paint mines are easily one of the most unique shooting locations that is close to the front range. Located just about 45 minutes east of Colorado Springs. The paint mines are particularly great for sunrise engagement sessions. Everytime I have shot there at sunrise, we have been the only ones at the park. Which is amazing when trying to capture those wide shots of the landscape, and your couple.

Jason is a science teacher and thought it would be an incredible spot that really suited the both of them for their engagement photos. The different types of rocks and formations made for such a pretty background to their photos. And that sunrise light is absolutely beautiful shining through all of those rocks. This engagement session was one for the books!
