Oh my gosh… these two. They are one of the cutest couples I have ever had the opportunity to shoot. Again, as we already know, I am a sucker for dogs and absolutely love it when couples bring them along for their session. The interaction between them all was just so great, and so natural. (If you follow my work, you know that I am really not huge on super posed images, and really like them to look as natural as possible.)
Keri and Lucas have this personality that not many couples have. First off, they are just stupidly cute together. She kind of reminds me of Ariel from the little mermaid. Gorgeous long red hair, and like perfect skin. (Don’t we all wish we had that?!) Her soon to be hubby and her have been together for years. When I say years, I mean like 8+. It’s so exciting to see couples who have been together since high school and still going strong and so in love. Not only that but they are totally that couple that everyone looks up to and wants to be. They completely and utterly adore each other. I have to say Lucas has pretty great taste. He wanted her ring to be both stunning and unique, so he decided to get her a moonstone engagement ring. It is seriously one of the most beautiful and unique rings I have ever seen.
I am so excited to be shooting their wedding come next June! They will be getting married at a beautiful venue in Aubrey TX called The Grove. The perfect setting for a summer Texas wedding. Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session..
